Documentary film “Sound seekers” directed by Suzana Dinevski was shown on 32 Manaki brothers film festival. It was official Macedonian premiere. SOUND SEEKERS tells the human story of Svetozar, Kostadin, Marija and Tatjana, a musical family and the only violin makers in the Republic of Macedonia and follows their inspiration in search of the perfect violin tone. It’s an intimate film about family, love, art, and music, a film that portrays those values through the efforts that are made when creating a delicate instrument, such as the violin. The story evolves around Svetozar and his son Kostadin, in their search for perfect father and son relationship, through their pursuit for the perfect tone.
